This data is then transferred to a PC to produce a compliance report to ensure food safety or material storeage is maintained to the required directives, the system can also highlight potential problem areas usually before any serious effects occur. The system saves the manual production of this information and ensures any compliance or legal obligations have been performed. This may be required by HACCP, Health & Saftey or DEFRA directives
